Boy this is amazing, how deep does the spin go. What can we depend on these days when statistics from reputable sources are sketchy. Well you can always go with your gut. The sentiment out there is terrible and will not get better until it should. Houses are at there 2001 levels and i think those may have been unaffordable for too many even then. Prices will find support when there are widely affordable for a shrinking working population. Another 20%:
