This spring's home buying season could be the best in years –  I have seen this headline every spring for 5 years and it will be bunk for another 5 years.  In between the lines the article says overall we do expect a decline for the next 11 months.  Why keep spinning, the phantom inventory is still massive.  Unload it and move on or get less for it later.  Period.
